The following email was received from D. Adams who saw the band live:

"Could you pass on my thanks to Dave Greenslade, Tony Reeves and the band for a very enjoyable gig at the Wavendon Stables .... so good to hear this kind of quality music again. Both old and new songs were a joy to listen to....I could have sat there for hours !  My best wishes for a long and fruitful re-union ..I look forward to many more new Greenslade tracks..and hopefully many more concerts.  Welcome Back", D Adams.

Following the highly successful release of the 'LIVE' album shown below, the newly reformed band deliver their first studio recording on over 20 years.  The album features nine freshly composed tracks which feature Dave Greenslade alongside bassist Tony Reeves and the new boy, John Young (ex Asia) on keys and vocals.

The distinctive Greenslade sound is still evident and the artwork continues the theme of the previous 70's albums. This long awaited release is a must for all Greenslade fans, old and new, who will be able to catch the band on tour during 2004.

In a recent interview, Dave Greenslade said "this current line-up is the definitive Greenslade. The rehearsals have been great and everybody is looking forward to the gigs and getting back on the road over the next few months. I think everyone is going to be surprised as to how the older material like "Bedside Manners" and "Feathered Friends" sound, now!"

The band was formed in 1973 as the brainchild of Dave Greenslade, the Colosseum keyboard player and the bass player Tony Reeves. The line-up was completed with the addition of Dave Lawson and Andrew McCulloch on drums.  Their first album "Greenslade" was well received and so were the following three which hit the right spot with fans of Progressive Rock. This Live album has never been released and is made up of tracks recorded over a twogreen.jpg (18291 bytes) year period between 1973 & 75 and is a perfect testament to the band and their classic rock history.
