Babbacombe Road, Bromley, BR1 3LW all cheques should be made
payable to 'Mystic Records' . Don't forget to quote the CD number
and your name and address. |

| To order a CD from Mystic Records by Credit Card or
Debit Cards, please complete the form on the next page and allow 14 days for
delivery, but we try to deliver within five working days.

| UK orders - £1.00 per CD and £2.00 per box set
will be added for postage and
packing. [unless stated differently on the CD page] |
| Europe
orders -
will be charged £1.50 per CD and £2.00 per box set for postage
and packing. |
| USA, Canada, Asia, South
America and Australia - £1.50 per CD and £4.00 per box
set will be added for postage and packing. |
| Your Credit Card Statement
will show as NPE Hexham for the transaction with
the amount in your local currency, but we bill in GB £ Stirling. |
