Order Notes & FAQ's
We try to keep the order form as simple as possible, but we
must ensure that we have the correct information to reserve your tickets. Here are some
notes to explain how the form works.
Your Phone Number ~ we need a genuine day time
telephone number to contact you. This can be for queries about your credit card, or
changes in the order such as availability. This number is not given to any
third party and not used for any other purpose than the one stated.
E-mail Address ~ please take care to give your
correct e-mail address, or we will not be able to confirm your booking. Double check that
the 'dots' and @ sign is in the right place.
Choose Your 1st CD ~ just pick a
CD from the list. The other three boxes below can be used to select more
CD's. You only need to select one CD.
Paying By Cheque ~ please make your cheque
payable to Mystic Records and don't forget
to include a note with your name, address and the CD details.
Credit Card Number ~ Your card number is
usually 16 digits shown in four blocks of four numbers xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx. The
fifth box in this section is for those with UK Switch or other cards where the
number is longer than 16 digits.
Security Code - This is the last three
digits (sometimes 4 digits) of the number located on the back of your card. The complete number
varies in length according to which card you have, but is usually printed on the
strip of paper where you sign your name. See picture.
Dialogue Box ~ please use this box to give us any
other information that does not fit the answer boxes.
Submit Button ~ located at the bottom of the
page. It is recommended to print your form as your copy before clicking
'submit'. When clicked, the order should be
sent to Mystic Records and you will see a "Confirmation Page" which is a list
of the information that you have placed in the form answer boxes. If you do not get this
confirmation, the order has not been sent from your PC. Please only click submit once,
depending on the speed of your modem and phone lines, the response make take up to a
minute. If the form comes back with an error, it may be that you have not completed one of
the answer boxes. The screen will highlight which box needs to be filled or
changed. Just go back and fill in the
details and click the 'submit' button again.
Order Confirmation ~ Our order
system is operated by people, not automatic machines. On receiving your
order, we will send you an email which will confirm the total amount
charged with postage costs to your card. This email is usually sent
within 12 hours, but please allow 24 hours to take holidays and time
zones into consideration. If after 24 hours you do not receive this
email please contact us at

Notice: This site includes an
email sender tracker to protect the security of the Feedback and Order pages.
This allows the web master and ISP abuse authorities to track unauthorised, Spam
or malicious emails. For example, your PC sends a trace such as Remote Name:
195.225.176.77 This allows the authorities to find the source of such
emails.

FAQ's
What if I do not get an on-screen
confirmation within a minute of clicking submit?
The order has not been sent from your PC. Try again, but it
may be worthwhile deleting your Temporary Internet Files to flush the error from the PC's
buffer.
What happens to my personal details such
as credit card, phone numbers and e-mail address?
We do not supply any of these details to anyone, but we may
send you information about new Mystic products or artist's gigs. We do not retain credit or debit card numbers so
you must give them each time you order.
What about credit card fraud?
Since we set up the on-line ordering system in 2000, we
are not aware of any miss-use of credit cards. Should this ever happen, remember that you
are protected by the law. If you see a charge on your credit card statement for a product
or service that you have not ordered, contact your credit card company immediately. In
simple terms, if you did not order it, you do not pay for it.
What if my CD is damaged or faulty?
